I visited Elixir Lifestyle Medicine on Jul 1st for induction acupuncture (as I was trying to avoid a scheduled induction appointment at the hospital the week following).
For my first delivery, I actually encountered the same need - trying to facilitate/jump start natural induction - this was my first appointment / encounter with Elixir Lifestyle Medicine.
Both times - for both pregnancies (I kid you not!) - hours after my appointment with Alex, I went into natural labor.
I've also seen Alex for acupuncture for fertility and breastfeeding / milk supply and have found both other sessions to also be effective.

Dr. Stacy Hicks has truly changed my health and life. I’ve suffer with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome most of my life and all comorbidities that go along with it. I’ve had twelve surgeries (many joint replacements), and have seen multiple rheumatologists, GI specialists, pain specialists, and every other doctor you can imagine without relief. Western medicine (besides surgery) had really failed me..The two conditions Dr Hicks treated me for are whole body chronic pain (especially cervical and headaches), and GI issues including but not limited to SIBO.
