East Ventura Optometry is a highly recommended optometry practice in Ventura. The kind and compassionate Dr. Crews and her wonderful team provide excellent care, promptly addressing eye-related issues. Patients feel comfortable and well-attended, with their questions thoroughly answered. The practice is known for its down-to-earth doctor, quick service, and focus on patients' best interests.
Had a great session with this optometrist! All new, modern machines for getting the right prescription and super friendly and personable service. Most importantly, the doctor and staff are open to taking the time to talk to you about the right eye care solution that works for you. My first time getting contacts was with them and they helped show me how to put them on and figure out which brand worked best for me. An awesome group!
Dr. Crews is a kind and compassionate eye doctor. I had an issue with my eye, and her wonderful team was able to get me in for testing within five hours. She evaluated me and reassured me that everything was OK. She also gave me some advice about communicating some of the issues I’m experiencing with my primary care physician. I highly recommend this and Dr. Crews. ❤️Great Optometry practice in Ventura!
Needed an optometrist for one of my children who was complaining about his vision. After searching through my insurance site we landed on East Ventura Optometry as it was around the corner from our house. To be honest I'd driven by here 100 times and never knew it was located right next to the veterinarian clinic. You walk in and it is a quiet space with music faintly in the background. The optometrist assistant treated us with new patient paperwork and we waited only a few minutes before going back for eye photos and initial processes. Dr Debon then came and took us back for the exam and helped work through my son's complaints and checked his vision with multiple tools of the trade. We came up with a plan and then went out to choose frames for new glasses. The processes was seamless and the best part of the visit was how low key and mellow it was. As a smaller office we got the opportunity to have a full visit conversation and everything was not rushed just to see everyone. Hands down highly recommended!
