Jon Johnson and his team really crushed it. I had a frustrating, recurring leak over multiple years that kept requiring repairs every season. He and Tigran came out and dissected the multiple spots needing repair and did it all in between breaks in the rain. The whole time they were kind and considerate of my tenant and I never got a complaint. My stress was minimal because of the clear communication they had with all parties.
