I had issues trying to set my laptop back to factory. My laptop kept on doing this never ending looping and had problems trying to fully recover. So I bought it to Martin and made it simple explaining what some of the issues could be. He suggested to wipe the laptop clean and it would take two days. To his word, it took two days and called me in the AM on the second day saying my computer was ready. Overall, I'm not that tech savvy when it comes to reimaging a computer and there was no way I would have figured it out quick enough. I've never had less than a great experience with Computer Idiot. They are a locally based business and are competent, fair, honest and have an excellent work ethic. I highly recommend them. Satisfaction guaranteed, for sure ! Keep up the good work !

Martin took care of me, and was completely transparent. He offered me an option to solve my issue myself for free, but I'm a bit of an idiot with this stuff (Hence why I showed up!). The turnaround was extremely fast, issue was solved, and the process was smooth as butter. All of the airflow vents were even cleaned up.I hope I don't have any other technical problems, but if I do, I know who I'm trusting to fix them. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
