Was referred to Clear Choice by a friend so thought I would give them a try since they installed shocks. Erik suggested I get Koni shocks rather than the Bilstein I had. The Koni shocks are much better, no more floating around like a boat on the highway:). Talked to Erik about getting my generator serviced since it’s been 2 years. He looked at the oil and the air filter and said they were clean so I would be wasting my money if he did the service. I’ve also had issues w my levelers for the past 4 years. They tick and lower themselves in about a month so the rv is no longer supported by them and is basically resting on its tires. I’ve had several places look at it...read full review
Erik is an amazing person, very knowledgeable and humble at the same time. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it very quickly while I was waiting at his shop. He will be the person I will be calling from now on if I have any problems with my RV. Thank you, Erik!
Eric was responsive, knowledgeable, and worked on my behalf with the company that installed my electrical/solar to get repairs done quickly. He educated me on proper use and operations of the solar system which I had not received from the original builder of the system (shame on them).
