I received a bid from John a few years back and opted not to use his services…I am regretting that decision today. Today I called asking about adding an AC unit to the house and John took about 20 minutes with me explaining why he wouldn’t be able to do so but what questions I should be asking anyone who does bid on the project. He helped point me in the direction of building code so I could know where I would legally be allowed to place the unit, and walked me through all other questions, fully knowing we weren’t going to be working together. John replaced a central floor furnace with forced air system. It was a masterful job to install it in the crawl space. This was a complex job within the space constraints. His broad construction experience and specialized knowledge were fully utilized for a unique project. The result is a properly engineered solution, meticulously crafted with no interior patching post installation. The building permit was signed off with no problems. Top Job!
