We wanted our front windows of our home tinted with a reflective film to have a little more privacy so we could leave our curtains open all day. We have such a beautiful view, so I was a bit nervous about making it look too dark from the inside. Bruce was responsive, very patient and accommodating in presenting me with several options as we made our decision. Unfortunately the film we finally picked out was out of stock of course! But when Bruce came to install the film he had a few replacement options to look at.
