The best of the best. Period. The atmosphere is beautiful. I love the cute pink chairs and it's extremely clean. They use a new set of tools out of the package every time. I've been coming here for years. Everytime I've gotten my nails done by Hannah or Erica, it's been AMAZING. I get a gel manicure and pedicure, almond shape, and hard gel on the hands-- my nails last me four weeks. And they look amazing even grown out. Yes, granted; it's a bit more expensive than some of the other salons in the area but you get what you pay for. I'm always so happy with the results. Well, it's been a long time since I had a spa mani/pedi of any quality. Abbot Kinney has gotten even more hipster than ever and many of us westsiders refer to this funky area as "Williamsburgbeach" vs Venice Beach. All snarkiness aside, many of the original businesses are closing down and empty storefronts are becoming commonplace and it makes me sad. I love my community and today's experience at Sugar Nails was pretty great. However, we had a 1:15 reservation and I waited over 30 minutes before the talented Hannah did her magic on my hands and feet. Melinda & Iha went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and care exceeded my expectations. Always my first stop when I land in LA since I live in Miami. Best mani+pedi spot.
