He was hired by my building management company (not me) to fix the roof- his workers literally broke through the ceiling and destroyed a bunch of my things when a piece of wood fell (I was there when it happened), he refused to pay to fix my stuff, denied it was his fault somehow, and "fixed" the roof by placing a piece of wood with nails sticking out of it- I had to spend months taking him to court, he lost, twice because he appealed the decision, lost again, then threatened me over the phone saying I should watch my back when I asked him to cover the costs to fix the things his company and workers broke.
