I was looking for answers for what was going on inside and intuitively found Helen on Yelp. I had no experience with Ayurvedic medicine, but knew I wanted to give it a try. When I walked into Helen's office, for the first time, I knew I was in the right place. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe....I trusted her right away. Helen has helped me take my health back and I trust her completely. Her patience with me is uncanny, as I can be pretty pushy and I ask a lot of questions. I just want to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit and Helen understands that and has helped me towards achieving my goals.
