Our washed washer was slowly dying..until it did. Our contractor recommended Waadt appliance in the Lake Balboa district. Not only were the sales staff well informed but also low pressure. The sales effort couldn't have gone smoother. Upon delivery we noticed we purchased a gas dryer. We needed an electric dryer. No problem switching out the two. Chris the sales person also mention that the electric is a bit less expensive than the gas dryer. He could've hidden that fact from us but was straight up and honest. In a recent experience with Waadt Appliance, we were consistently impressed by their exceptional service, personalized attention, and prompt resolution of our issue. On Saturday, May 3rd, we were hosting a Cinco De Mayo celebration when one of the knobs on our gas range became frozen, rendering the burner inoperable despite the burner’s continued illumination. Given the proximity to the commencement of the party, we promptly contacted Waadt Appliance, and they responded promptly, even though they were nearing the end of their working hours.

I've been buying my appliances at Waadt since 2004 and have yet to be disappointed. Their sales people are thoughtful and thorough, their delivery is polite, on time, and quick installation, and their prices are competitive. It's nice to have a "local, small business" to be able deal with -- and they've been in business long enough to not be concerned that they won't be there if anything goes wrong. This is my third GE washing machine in 20 years and they've only had to be replaced because they no longer made the replacement parts that the washers needed. The first time the washer was only four years old, so GE also provided a "rebate"... read full review
