UPS Access Point location

Avoid at all costs. Rude, mean, bad dudes. I had UPS reroute my package to them when I wasn't going to be able to pick it up as planned. UPS assured me I wouldn't have an issue collecting it even though the name on the package doesn't match my ID, which I assumed was true because I've collected packages *at actual UPS locations* without matching ID. Well, guys, Blue Point DGAF. I think they actually enjoyed refusing to give me my package, even after I showed them multiple forms of ID and multiple points of proof that it was my property, including in my UPS account on the UPS app. The small business in Canada who shipped my package felt so awful they've already sent me a replacement, for free, while Blue Point continues to hoard my original box. UPS explicitly told me they (Blue Point) and they alone have the power to release the package. UPS has no authority to help once they take possession, but ***there is no UPS policy preventing Blue Point from taking my circumstances into consideration and giving me my property after ample authentication***. They just don't want to help. They can't be bothered to care.

La verdad una mala experiencia lleve un cel a cambiar pantalla y a los dos días tuve q regresar por qué no cargaba nada y al revisarlo me querían cobrar 85dlls más por qué según ellos el puerto de carga no servía cuando tlel cel cargaba 100,% antes de que ellos le tocaran

If I could give them no star I would. They are a UPS access point (whatever the heck that means). They refused to give me my package because my ID doesn't match the address on tne box. You ask me to verify the shipping address and who it's from. I do all that and you still won't give me my box. 1st off learn how to communicate in English and 2nd be helpful.
