From the moment I reached to Town & Country I knew we were in good hands and could select some fantaisc items to make our vision come to life. Bob and his team were fantastic to work with. In April of 2022, I volunteered to help to plan my daughter's August wedding, to be held in a friend's backyard in Altadena, CA. I live in Arizona, and have considerable experience coordinating large national, statewide and local events for scientific and educational audiences, but all LA-area party rentals vendors were unknown to me. I set-about initial screening by reading consumer reviews of Los Angeles area rentals companies and looking at available canopies and party goods inventories. Afterwards, I contacted several companies with offices in the vicinity of our wedding venue. One of the companies I called was Town & Country (T&C), even though I flagged some negative customer reviews of the company, noting a lack of timely responsiveness. After leaving an initial telephonic inquiry with a company receptionist, I did not receive a call back from a T&C Event Director for several days. I concluded that the negative reviews were accurate; when the agent finally returned my call and left me a message, I emailed him back to say that I would not follow-up with the company as I had not received the level of customer service desired for an event so important to our family. Surprisingly, immediately afterwards, I received a call back from Event Director, Bob Binns. He told me he had not received my original message, assured me he would follow up to see where the communication breakdown occurred and correct it, and assured me that if I give him an opportunity, I would see the highest quality customer care. I took a chance and have not regretted it for a minute! I can honestly report that in my 30-plus years of event planning, I have NEVER received such consistently exceptional, prompt and expert service from any rentals company as I received from Bob Binns and T&C. A consummate professional, he devised creative solutions and suggestions that made the most important event I have helped plan--our daughter's wedding--a beautiful, intimate, cost-effective and really fun event that we will never forget. I sometimes emailed him multiple times a day with questions regarding everything from decorations to AV to lighting, and he always responded promptly and thoughtfully. When we learned during a mandatory T&C site walkthrough, that the large yard we would use for the event was bisected by electric lines--and that canopies could not be placed under such lines for safety reasons--Bob proposed a workaround solution that was better and more cost-effective than our original plan. The company's set-up and breakdown crew members were great to work with, and we cannot thank Bob and crew enough. We give our highest recommendation to Bob Binns and to T&C rentals. We are so very glad that they had our backs and helped make our event one that felt perfect in every way! Thank you Bob Binns and T&C!!!
