My experience with Scoi In Westlake Village has been absolutely amazing.Dr. Castaneda is exceptional.Heidi Mejia has been a tremendous asset to me. I don’t know what I would’ve done without without their help.???

Wendy is the WORST!After being badly misdiagnosed (please refer to previous post…)I’ve been coming to SCOI (Van Nuys office and Porter Ranch) since tearing BOTH Achilles and being misdiagnosed by another office.I thought the worst was over when after my imaging showed I had torn both, and Dr Eric Ferkel put request for repairs thru insurance.Wendy- Dr. Ferkel and Dr. Thwaite’s medical assistant, is the most condescending and unprofessional person I’ve met/ HAD TO deal with throughout this ordeal or even thru my own experiences working in pharmacy or advocating for relative or family members coverage;To this very day (Dec 2023) she is rude and always has something...read full review

Dr Jaivin is amazing!He is dedicated knows his stuff.I wouldn't want anyone else doing surgery on my foot. The office staff are hard working individuals and also helped me navigate through it all. Thank you all for caring and helping me with my needs!.
