I went there unnecessarily after my workers comp Dr already completed his report- why they made me go get X-rays after the fact I do not know- the X-ray tech was creepy- had to X-ray my outer ankle but had me “spread” my legs to get the image of inside ankle- and pushed my leg down to spread further. To add insult to injury- I could not get a hold of anyone to talk to about it and I haven’t even received the X-rays 3 months later.. if they are done no one has contacted me. Stay away!
What a breath of fresh air. I live a pretty reckless life and have had tons of imaging done. This place does it right. The lounge is comfy. Jenny at the front desk was welcoming, organized and fast. Mathew, who brought me back and managed the MRI, was soothing, very professional, affable and exactly the kind of person you want waking you through it. Give this man a raise. I'll definitely come back here for future imaging.
Had a lot of anxiety going into the office because I had never had an MRI before. The person at the front desk was so warm, kind and hospitable. The technician was also very kind and accommodating. Despite the MRI process being rather long, which is at no fault to anyone, my experience here was nothing short of great.
