It is the worst experience my family has ever had. My husband was prescribed medication and since June the doctor and the insurance company called him and they have not authorized it. They do not care about the health of their members. They are the worst in service. Do not risk your life with a medical group like this and some who answer the calls are not suitable people to help you in a consultation
