Our roof was over 25 years old and leaks had developed in the bathroom. We obtained a few estimates and contacted Preferred Roofing. Preferred Roofing replaced roofs for two other members of my family. Zach/Preferred Roofing came out to the house, examined the roof and explained our options. After we signed the contract, the project began approximately 2 months later (mainly due to my schedule). Project Manager Aaron was easy to work with and the project took approximately 4 days. I'm a property manager who has to deal with a lot of vendors all across LA (and beyond) on a daily basis. One thing contractors tend to be awful at is communicating, and that's what I appreciate most about Preferred Roofing. They are responsive, thorough, and accommodating when it comes to meeting the client's needs. Highly recommend.

I've owned my home for just over 14 years, so I never had to worry about replacing the roof until now. To be honest, I was terrified of the whole process- getting estimates, pulling permits, financing the project, taking time off work to monitor my house should issues come up, clean up, etc. We got 4 different bids for the roof replacment our little 1950s house. We decided to go with Preferred Roofing because my research showed the materials they would use was high quality, they provided the best warranty and the price was a honest value.
