I took my cat to get spayed. We had a voucher. There was a $30 exam fee which I was OK to cover, but then they told me to when I picked her up that it was gonna be $70 more dollars because she had fleas, the elderly woman in front of me was just as irate as I was because they said the same thing to her that they had to, use medication for fleas. My cat does not have fleas. We did treatments on all our animals a couple weeks ago and every animal was cleared. I am all about donations for animals and these kind of foundations , but I left very upset like the woman ahead of me. She said that they do this at this place all the time. I've gone through them twice for surgeries for my dog and cat and have had great experiences from customer to patient care. If you're in need of affordable and quality veterinary care, I highly recommend them.
Kind and caring staff. The main office manager was very helpful and attentive to the needs of my dog. Whole staff is very friendly and I have no doubt the care of my pup was in good hands with Dr. Zanetti, DVM.
