We called this business based on its excellent reviews and spoke with Tony, the owner. We were immediately impressed with his interest in solving our problem without the need of his service. Tony refused to accept payment for coming out and diagnosing our problem. It was a simple solution but I was shocked he didn’t charge for coming to our house. You just don’t find this in many companies ! I told him we are customers for life.
Every morning I walk my dogs, and while I'm on my walk I always see the white National Plumbing & Rooter vans on their way out to start their day. Several months ago I made a point of jotting down the phone number from the side of the vans and I programmed it into my phone. I had a feeling that someday National Plumbing & Rooter was going to be MY plumber. Lately, I haven't been getting hot water in my shower. There was ample hot water everywhere else in my house, but in my shower the water temperature never raised beyond luke warm.Today was the day I realized that this was the perfect opportunity to try National Plumbing & Rooter. When I phoned I was told that Tony, the owner would phone me back shortly. He phoned me back in less than 5 minutes.On the phone, Tony told me he could be at my house in 2 minutes. He arrived in about a minute-and-half.As I had suspected, Tony and I are neighbors, which is why he was able to mobilize and get to my house so quickly.Tony completely understood the issue and quickly resolved it. I'm guessing he spent a total of 2 1/2 minutes making a simple adjustment.The best part of the story is that Tony charged me a price that simply could not be beat. Today, Tony and the team at National Plumbing & Rooter did more than repair a plumbing problem, they restored my faith in people. A situation that began as a frustrating "here we go again" scenario ultimately became an experience where integrity and community won the day!I offer my sincere thanks to Tony and everyone at National Plumbing & Rooter. I am extremely happy and comforted to know that I not only have discovered a trustworthy and professional plumber, but I also have an amazing neighbor who has integrity and a sense of community.If you live in the Greater Los Angeles Area or San Fernando Area and need a plumber, you need look no further than National Plumbing & Rooter.
