Very disappointed. The lady tried to say it was my kids fault for moving but that's not true I've taken them to many salons and never had this problem. This elderly woman was very nice but she definitely shouldn't be cutting hair anymore. The lines were way off and my kids had patches of hair everywhere. And she still charged me ?! I paid out of courtesy. Enough said look at the pics..
