Although I was not home for this appointment, I was able to reach the office to hear what work was completed. However, I still need to get a written report regarding a leak from our unit leaking into the Unit 105, directly below our Unit 205. They’re claiming that there is a problem due to a clogged condensation drain line. I’d like to receive a written “text”report regarding this issue.
