What an amazing company! I called Ice Age to repair my AC because it was continually tripping the breaker after a power outage. Dzmitry came out very quickly and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of a normal AC repair. He found the blown capacitor very fast, but when he replaced it and we turned the system back on, it blew the breaker AGAIN. Over and over. We could not get the system to stay on for more than 3 minutes. He spent a good hour on the roof in 104 degree heat, rechecking the system top to bottom, removing and replacing the capacitors, measuring the electrical currents, but we couldn't figure out why it was happening. He then came to check the breaker box, where we noted that breaker was getting warm. He checked the electrical current and found it to be normal. Back up to the roof. After another hour in the heat (and I kept offering water but he insisted he was fine) he came back down and took the panel off of the breaker box. He found that all the tripping had loosened a wire as well as shifted the breaker away from the connection so it was arcing. He tightened the wire, pushed everything back into place, and we tried again. Then he waited for 20 minutes as the AC ran to make sure the breaker would not trip again. I'm happy to say it's been running fine ever since. Thank you so much for Dzmitry's diligence and determination to fix it right!
Good job guys! Thank you all
