I’ve recently bought a new home in Sherman Oaks and invited GROUND UP BUILDERS to remodel and renovate the inside and out side of the property. I had the outmost pleasure to find such a dedicated, outstanding full of heart company. It’s not a secret that when you start remodeling you never really know how it will come . Besides the punctuation, professionalisms and creativity, I was amazed by the respect, generosity and unique approach to their work. I’ve had people work for me in other homes before but have never met anyone or any company that made me feel so safe and trusting!!!! I highly recommend GROUND UP BUILDERS and truly believe you will highly enjoy their work . A personal note to the manager and owner of the company, YOU ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD!
We had a dream... Upgrading our Home back yard with all new high end alumawood patio covers, fire place, BBQ pit, lighting and interlocking pavers. We finally got it, with simply the best builders group out there. and an amazing project management on site from A-Z by Adi Aiish. We could tell from the beginning how much Adi Aiish loves what he does so much that he insisted on making sure we visit his existing local customers remodeling projects, so we could see various styles of homes prior to making any final decisions. The opposite of all other builders who always pushed us to sign a contract without knowledge of details and patience like Adi had. We always wanted To make our back yard warm, cozy, wide open and friendly to host. We got to change our living spaces throughout the years to our needs, and we got to meet many con artists out there. they took our money, and brought up very poor results, and a patio cover that was a collapsing hazard. And this projets that we did with GUB, will definitely stay for life... So, after we’ve been burned so many times in construction, and we had literally tripled our cost of improvements by doing things with the cheapest quote we got. Since it’s all the same, right? Well, in construction it is not. The saying “you get what you pay for” did really well on our end, and we have paid the price. Lesson learned, and we are so glad we met Adi from ground up builders. They were not the cheapest, but definitely delivered their promise from A-Z, and really fast, with high quality of work, and no shortcuts been made, like typical others. Unbelievable. The amount of professionalism, dedication, industriousness and customer service Adi and his team delivered was just awesome. We love to host, and our back yard is very important to us. so we can invite as many friends and family members as we can. And We are extremely happy we decided to hire Adi Aiish as our guy to make our dream come true, he certainly did. Dear Adi Aiish. We wanted to share with the public our great experience working with you, and specifically thanking you so much for bringing to our HOME your amazing in-house professional crews to complete this project. You’ve thought of every little detail and did your best to save us as much as you could. your experience and outstanding creativity could fit all of our desired outcome within budget. You made sure the workers arrived daily, on time, and you’ve been on top of every step of the work progress, while managing other big remodeling projects, and an adorable 3 months old newborn that just came to your family. All at the same time, and you have still cared about us, and we appreciated it a lot. With all your sleepless hours you cared so much that We can tell you LOVE what you do so much that your treating your projects like it’s your own Family/Home! You visited daily to check the progress, you answered my calls at any time, and covered all my concerns. Even when there were issues (which are very common in construction) you have stood by us and took care of them without any hesitations / change orders, and you did not run away from those issues. All the advices and suggestions you brought up to us made so much sense and we thank you for that. We have no words to thank you enough for ALL you did for us. After having a continuous bad experience with other con artists in this industry, We must say that to find the right person to bring into your property and to have no worries that he will accomplish your wishes is not easy to do. You have definitely earned it! We trust you! and i know with all my heart we found “our guy“ for future projects will do in our home.
