We are so grateful to have worked with Sina and BuildForm Design on our two-phase remodeling project, which included adding a full second story to our home. Despite facing many challenges and dealing with very difficult city plan checkers, Sina’s perseverance, creativity, and dedication got us through the entire process and secured full approvals.

Amazing level of architectural service and prowess. Sina went above and beyond to compel the city to grant permits for a unique construction project in Tarzana. Also, highly cost effective with regards to materials needed for construction and deeply understands how to optimize end-to-end construction costs. Highly recommend!
