1 star is actually me being generous. By far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It has taken this company almost a month to successfully deliver my vehicle from FL to OK. Apparently this company has a long history of contracting incompetent/ unprofessional drivers. The delivery of my vehicle has been delayed on 4 different occasions when the point of origin is only 18hrs away. Ridiculous! Also, during this process AUTOSTAR does not communicate with their drivers on gaining any updates that can be provided to the customer whatsoever.
