Today their car wash is not working. No signs on pumps to let customers know. So I overpaid for gas and could not get a car wash. The cashier said "Don't you know machines break down". They are stealing from customer.

I stopped to get a car wash. It did not wash my car and I went through and went to the guy at the front desk and he was really nasty and rude and said that he couldn't help me because the car wash wasn't theirs I was really upset and he could care less. He acted like he understand what I was saying.. he literally said the car wash and nothing to do with them

Stopped by to use car wash service. I noticed the process went by super fast. I parked and looked at the car. It did not even look like I had washed it. I went back to the gas station and told the cashier. He said "oh you must not have followed the directions". What directions? You pay, pull forward and wait for the green light to tell you it's done and pull forward. Not rocket scientist. I've used other shell car washes before and never had a problem. The guy then said "it's a new system" and then said he would tell the owner. Wow. Nice customer service. All he had to do was tell me to go thru again and have a satisfied customer.
