A great experience all the way around. From the initial consultation with Cooper, to the final installation with Claudio, Francisco and Jarvey, it was great.
I needed to upgrade my windows and checked Home Depot, Lowe’s and few other window companies. I found American Reliable by accident while driving down Van Nuys Blvd and walked in and met Cooper. After explaining that I needed 8 windows for my house, he took the measurements and worked up a quote that was $1740 less than the best quote I had to date and that was for better windows. I made the deal and Cooper sent out his measurement guy and then ordered the windows. That was three weeks ago.

Highly recommend! Replaced all of our exterior doors and windows with new fiberglass Milgard product. All custom sizes. Also included painting of all interior and exterior casing and sills. Alex, Sylvia, Elliot and Cooper were fantastic to work with, as well as the entire install crew. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work. We love our new windows and doors. Thank you!
