Came in to get my thigh high boots altered due to having large calves. Before I went to Al’s shoe repair my boots couldn’t even get past my calf. After going to Al’s shoe repair I was able to get my boots on with no problem! They were even shined a bit to make them look more brand new. All for $15! Very satisfied with the results!
What a find!!! My boots lost a heel (low heel) and I needed them right away. I asked if they could be done right away and they obliged to have them done in 30 minutes with 2 new heels for each boot.
Not only were they done right away, he shined them for me free of charge. The price was only $15.00 but I gave him $25.00 for the rush job.
Thank you for your attention to the needs of your customers and for doing a great job. I will indeed be back for more shoe repairs.
