Ron with Mobile PC was knowledgeable, courteous, expedient and professional. I am a professional Illustrator and had a tricky issue surface with my Corsair keyboard....it required a professional to repair and Ron delivered!I was able to get right back to my desk and get right back to work. Ron is a genius. I tried remote IT service and they could not fix my issue. I called Ron and described it. He immediately knew know to fix it. He put in the extra time to get my computer done by the morning. I dropped it off the prior evening and it was freezing and my data needed a backup too. He never gave up. That morning, my computer was ready. I'll never use anyone else!
