I reached out to MDM back in early 2025 and met with Mike right away so he could look at my property and walk me through what my wife and I wanted for our project. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious.
Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. This was my first time renovating a bathroom, so I was pretty nervous, but Shawn made the whole process easy and stress free. He was great to work with, always easy to reach, and answered all my questions quickly (even when I texted after normal business hours). He also helped me find the right tiles and shower fixtures at a great price.
The job was done on time, the crew kept everything clean, and the quality really shows. I’m very happy with how my bathroom turned out and would definitely recommend Shawn and MDM Custom Remodeling.

I hired MDM to convert our two car garage into an ADU for a home office and guest room, and after many months of work, I just love the end result. They handled both the design and the build, which made the project completely stress free.
From the start, they listened carefully to what we wanted. They also offered creative solutions to maximize the space.
