I was looking for a contractor to fix my door and repair some stucco. Shawn was quick to call back after leaving them a message.
Although this is the wrong type of project for them, Shawn was very professional and gave me great advice. Appreciate the honesty and professionalism!
We recently remodeled our small outdated kitchen with MDM.
From the very beginning, Shawn was wonderful to work with. What set him apart from other contractors we have experienced in the past is his level of communication. He answered all of our many questions and concerns before the project, during the project, and even after the project, all within a very reasonable time and very professionally.
He was very organized and had a very clear timeline and budget, which did not exceed even one dollar more than we agreed on even when we found unexpected limitations that forced us to some changes of the original plan.

We wanted to convert our garage into an ADU and started looking for contractors for the new job. We decided to choose MDM after seeing all the positive reviews and having a great first impression from the initial meeting with Shawn. Throughout the design phase Mike was extremely patient and helpful in guiding us to find the best floor plan. He was very patient in listening to our feedback to make multiple 2D and 3D renderings and explaining our feasible options. With his input, we finally decided on a 500 sq.ft floor plan with 1 BR/1BA, in-unit laundry, and full kitchen.
