What comes to mind first about Dusty Ducts is honesty and integrity. About a month ago we were having issues with our condo air conditioning. Eli was our tech. He was extremely thorough, patiently explained the issue, and then provided us with multiple solutions. But there’s more. The unit below has been complaining about a leak over the past few months claiming it was coming from our unit and perhaps from our air conditioning unit. Eli came back and spent 2 hours inspecting our unit air conditioner and the unit below and concluded that he could not detect any leak at the moment . This is the definition of integrity! Great service! Would definitely recommend! We were in need of having our dryer duct cleaned and found this company on BBB (with A+ rating), backed by positive reviews on Yelp. Asher was very professional-- from the time of booking the same-day appointment all the way to completing the service of my dryer. He was punctual, courteous, efficient, and tidied up afterward.
