ACF is truly a great gym. Good people, great coaches. An encouraging and diverse community. All of the workouts can be modified and no one makes you feel bad for doing so. The coaches leading the classes will work with you on anything and in the end leave you feeling great and accomplished.
It is approaching my one year anniversary at this gym. Becoming a member has really been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling choices I have made for myself. The coaches are knowledgeable, the community is supportive, and the workouts are both challenging and diverse. This was my first time doing CrossFit workouts and I am not even good at it but it is so much fun. I have seen significant progress in my strength and endurance since joining. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. I love it here.
HIGHLY recommend this gym for all ages and fitness levels!
I've been a member for one year and have had an excellent experience meeting, and then exceeding, the fitness goals I started with, including losing over 30 pounds and gaining muscular strength. The coaches are proactive about making sure your form is correct, motivating the members and mixing up the fitness routines to keep it fresh. Some people might be intimidated to join a CrossFit gym thinking it is just for body builders or that it will be too hard, but this is a great gym regardless of your fitness level and all you have to do is try the best you can within your personal limits.
