I have been going to Aloro for many years now and I have to say, there were several times in the last few years that I almost switched vets. I'm glad I didnt because Dr. Chen is AMAZING. My 7 year old Chihuahu got diagnosed with a liver tumor and she needed to have surgery at a different place with a specialist. But Dr. Chen (who first diagnosed the tumor) was compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She is amazing with follow-up calls after a visit and was extremely helpful when I had questions regarding the surgery that was being handled at a different place. She even called to check up on our dog after the surgery to make sure our pup was doing ok. Again, Dr. Chen is truly amazing!.

I’ve been going to Aloro Pet Hospital for about 10 years. The staff has always been kind and professional. My late chihuahua needed a lot of care and he always returned calmer than when I brought him in. I appreciate the Drs calling and asking how my pups have been doing after a visit. Top notch 🤌🐺

The staff is great and I have never had to wait longer than 10 min (if I have an appt). The Staff are caring and informative. I have taken our dogs there for over 20 years.

We’ve been clients of Aloro for decades. Literally 4. Dr. Suresh Dogra was the heart, soul, and guiding wisdom behind Aloro’s success for most of that time. His passing 2 years ago left a huge gap… but now, I’m so happy, relieved and grateful to report, they’ve found a first rate team. The staff (Karla, Kimberly, Juan Carlos, & Geoff) have been extraordinary through it all. Now Dr. Khouban & Dr. Chen are heading the medical supervision. We’ve seen them both and have been so impressed with their compassion, commitment, and expertise.
After a long search, the excellence is back! Thank you!!

Had a great experience on my last visit The staff and new vets are wonderful. Aloro Pet Clinic is a great place to take your pets in 2025. . I’ve been a customer since 2018. I’ve been through the different ownerships/management over the years. I would recommend.

I had a great experience this week at Aloro Pet Hospital. My 2 1/2 year old Husky had an infected oval spot on her muzzle. It may have been caused three different causes, with two requiring expensive tests to be certain. Dr. Kuban suggested we try the least expensive solution first (which appears to be working!). My total bill was 10% of what it might have been, and I really appreciated the 50% off first time patient discount. Dr. Kuban and the staff were all warm and friendly, I’ll definitely return the next time our dogs need medical attention.
