I have had to have quite a bit of work done over the years. They are good at getting a plan of what you need done and in a good order and what will be in your insurance plan year. The dentist does a great job and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable.
Been a patient here since 2018. Always have a very good experience. Front staff, Andi and Vanessa are always very helpful . Dr. Gill is very gentle and detail oriented. I had some really bad experiences with my previous dental office. But I am glad I found this office.
Valley Springs Dental is the best dental office I have ever been to. Called them with a horrible wisdom teeth pain. Andi helped me scheduling the appointment. My previous dentist could not pull the teeth, so he referred me somewhere else, but the pain was unbearble. Dr. Gill did the exam and told me that he can pull the one causing pain the same day, if I can wait until he finishes with his other patient. That was not a problem for me. Got the tooth pulled, no pain and it took him few minutes to pull the tooth. Andi and the other assistant were with me. I will be coming back for the full check up soon.
