I have to leave a review for this practice because I’ve been to many terrible cleanings in different cities over the years. It seems dental work ethic and attention to detail is on the decline. Not at Duhamel! I moved to Monterey and still make the 3 hr drive to Valley Springs to specifically see Bernice, the most amazing, thorough, and detail oriented hygienist I have ever been to. She absolutely cares about the integrity of her work and makes sure to do her best getting tarter out of every nook and cranny. Not sure why cash pay clients are charged more for cleaning vs. charges submitted to insurance carrier. Found this out accidentally when front desk thought I still had insurance. This just seems very wrong and actually backwards to me so will not return. You can purchase a "membership" to get a very small discount. I miss the days when cash paying customers were appreciated!

Amy, the technician for Dr DuHamel is phenominal!! She put me at ease with her positive and caring attitude. It was a difficult crown to place , but somehow she managed to make the crown a perfect fit! Lots of patience required. Karen
