Mind you on a national holiday which was awesome. He had a new timer installed within a short period of time. He even hooked it up to my cell phone and with the click of a few buttons helped me schedule all my watering times. He instructed me step by step on how to edit cycles on my phone for my front yard and backyard easy peasy!
