My decision to shop at this flower shop was solely based on location. It is the closest flower shop to my house. However, my decision to return is based on the customer service! Leo was genuinely sympathetic and extremely kind and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he went to grab all the flowers for me. I told him that I have my own vase that I made and would like to use, and he was very experienced in arranging the flowers to fit the vase I brought in. He complimented the vase and I thought that was very sweet of him. I am going to be a returning customer for sure! They had what I needed and the price was very reasonable!

First off thank you so much to everyone who works at Conroy's 1800 flowers. They were so sweet, patient and understanding. They made this wedding process so easy! Loved the customer service the employees who helped us so much thank you and Jamie who took the time to create a image of what we wanted for our flowers and it was perfect! Thank you guys so much !

When ordering my flowers , I missed the cutoff to have an arrangement made and delivered today. I agreed to have them delivered tomorrow. I received a call from Lorenzo, who stated that they had arrangements already prepared for a similar price in their cooler room. If I liked any of them, we could switch my order, and he would be able to deliver them today. He sent pictures of approximately 10 arrangements. We talked about each of them and found one that I was pleased with , so he changed my order. He went over all of the details to be sure everything was correct , and it was. When I lived in Southern California , we always used Conroy's florist . I now live in Michigan...read full review
