I worked for Dr. Mattews a few years after becoming his client. I learned so much from him, he's a very concientious, caring person and really cares about your horse. I've never met a Veterinarian as knowledgeable and kind as he is. It was an honor to work for him and to be is friend as well. Twenty years after moving due to getting remarried, I still refer clients to him especially for breeding and reproductive needs. I wish he was close enough to still be my vet, after 20 years, nobody has measured up!
