I recently went to Gentle Chiropractic And Massage Valley Center, and I’m so glad I did. I was dealing with pain from a rib that felt out of alignment and decided to book an appointment—and it turned out to be an amazing experience.
From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Sharon was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so helpful, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free.
After just one visit, I felt so much better. The adjustment was gentle, comfortable, and incredibly effective. Sharon was also very knowledgeable and even picked up on how I was sleeping, explaining that it could be contributing to my constant hip pain. I have rheumatoid arthritis and deal with hip pain regularly, so that insight alone was huge.
She recommended sleeping with a pillow between my knees, and since I’ve been doing that, my hips have felt so much better. I’ve honestly been feeling amazing and so relieved.

Dr. Seibert is simply amazing. She helped me with a frozen shoulder that i now have full mobility. More recently I injured my other arm with a tear in my bicep. Her ability to customize her treatments to fit my unique needs has resulted in a huge improvement in my quality of life. I was worried that i needed surgery and physical therapy was not much help but I am almost back to normal range of motion. I followed Dr. Seibert from Poway to Vally Center and it is definitely worth the drive!!! Thank you!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Seibert’s for about five years now. She is sharp, professional, very thorough, knowledgeable, and proactive. Her office was in Poway for a long time, which was five minutes from my house. I trust her so much. I’m driving pretty far to stay her patient, but she’s really worth it. Dr. Siebert is an excellent Chiropractor. She is very caring and accomplished at what she does. She uses an activator which is gentle and effective. I feel so much better after leaving her office. She really cares about her patients.
