I reached out to three different well service companies and Shelby from Fain Drilling was the most responsive. She was extremely friendly, thorough and explained everything in detail. They were also able to come out and start repairs within 24 hours. Their prices were extremely competitive and I couldn't be happier with the work performed.
They had to replace my well pump and motor. The crew had to take down a portion of my fence to access the well. They were very careful not to damage my irrigation and lawn. They completed the pump replacement and I my well is working better than ever.
Shelby was very transparent with the pricing and explained the estimate was worst-case scenario. As the job progressed, she provided me with updated invoices showing the price reductions due to less parts and labor than estimated. I'm unbelievably happy with the customer service and work performed.
Fain Drilling showed pride in their work! They were honest and didn't try to charge me for items I didn't need. They have a customer for life.

The Fain team was excellent. I was fortunate to get an assessment of why my well stopped on the day I called. The pump had failed and a new one installed 2 days later. The guys were very knowledgeable and Shelby in the office was great.

Fain drilled our well recently with no issues. Fair pricing and good communication between Dave, Shelby and the rest of the team to get our project finished. Once the rig was out, they worked sun up to sun down to get our well drilled.

Dave Mathews provided great service and found water in abundance. He drilled no further than necessary. Dave also provided a good troubleshooting for getting our sprinkler system up and running. We recommend Fain Drilling whole heartedly.

We paid 7k to test our water over a year ago and never received the results. I have called and asked multiple times and they keep giving me the run around. They also lied to me and told me they were working on our project only to tell me it was a different Hutchinson they were working on and sorry for the confusion. The only time I received a call back was when I threatened to leave a bad review, and never heard from them again.

I would strongly recommend NOT using Fain currently (2022), they may have been once a strong contractor, but these are my facts: I gave them a deposit on 3/19/22. The work was scheduled in July. Wife and I had to schedule to be out of the house while project was happening (no water). PM's would not return my calls, voicemail is full. So I wasted a week of work and being out of town because they had no decency to call and give me any updates. I contacted the office and was PROMISED by Shelby I was going to receive a call back that day from her or the new PM, and I have not received any callback since after numerous calls and voicemails. I had to get the BBB involved to get my deposit back. This is my experience, there are better companies out there that won't treat you like you don't matter.
