I was very happy with my recent A/C installation. The Installers were knowledgeable, courteous and well prepared. I was satisfied with the price and all went well. Most importantly, the System works great!
Needed a furnace check and repair, and Air Crafts came through with exceptional service. Highly knowledgeable, thorough, went the extra step to locate and install a hard to find part and diagnose further, to ensure our old furnace was safe and sound. No upselling, no pressure, checked out on other research on brand and product solutions and whe time comes we'll upgrade further.
Kelly and her team at Air Crafts are second to none. What I like the most is her sales people are not paid on commission. I know when I refer a client they will be getting honest advice and not be pushed into pricey replacements. A top notch company !!
