I went grocery shopping and returned home to find the INSIDE panel of my three year old, dual pane sliding glass door, completely shattered in place. No one was home. Sadly, I did not take the offer of the glass breakage policy when I installed dual panes throughout my house. Costly lessoned learned too late. I gently held up a roll of Cling Wrap at the top of the window and let it drop to the floor and my husband cut it while a lightly pressed it onto the shattered glass. I needed screens and even though Advanced Window didn't fully deal with them that much; (mostly windows).they provided me with service above and beyond. They sent someone to the house to get measurements and after about a week gave me screens that fit beautifully. Our car was too small to handle the big screens and the office manager made a point to bring them herself. Like I said, service above and beyond for a quality product!
I had Advanced windows fix a sliding glass door for me. They replaced the wheels, cleaned the track. It works like it is brand new. Highly recommend Advanced Windows. They are a local family company.
