Her gracious hospitality and reverent professionalism bring comfort during one of life’s hardest moments. Emma’s compassion extends far beyond the walls of her mortuary — she truly connects with the families she serves.

Even long after the service ends, she continues to check in and take calls from those who just need someone to listen. Recently I attended a funeral service at Wiggins-Knipp funeral home. Everyone was impressed by an attendant Marvin. He gave exemplary service, was professional, kind, and respectful to the people around him. I want to thank Marvin for making such a sad day a little bit easier to cope with for me and my family.
