Charged me $50 when I called back informing that they didn’t need to get the vehicle anymore because they were not accurate and took to long. Disbatch was very mono tone and didn’t seem to care. Company seems to be a scam, I recommend George tow they handed everything properly and professionally with no issues or hidden fees. Like the driver wasn’t even on the way or didn’t even contact me yet but let’s take your money. Terrible. I work for a company that does customer service and we’d never do any customers like this…

Car broke down in Vallejo. My roadside assistance couldn't find anyone to tow me back to Sacramento. I called this company, they gave me a quote. The driver told me he would be at my location at a certain time and he came pretty close to that time. They told me that I would have to pay extra if "special equipment" is used. I thought they meant tow equipment, as far as hooking the car up. When he got there, he used a portable battery jumper to drive it onto the tow truck. I was charged for that and it caught me off guard. I explained this to the driver and he basically ignored what I said. I explained it to the dispatcher the next day and she did the same.
