She was quick and efficient and reasonably priced! My ancient HP lazer printer was totally jammed. I called her number and left a message. She called me back, asked good questions and where I lived. She came within 4 hours wearing a mask. She fixed the problem being careful not to get any lazer ink or her liquids on my carpet. She cleaned my printer after she unjammed it.

Frances came by my home to fix my laser printer , which was on the fritz. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I had told her what was wrong over the phone and she diagnosed it properly. She pre-ordered the part before coming down to do the repair. Fast, easy, convenient.
