Been a few times now. Once or twice, it's been phenomenal and I feel the need to come back. The other 5 or 6 times, it's lackluster, feels rushed, and like a money sinkhole. Guess you just need to get lucky with who is working. Roll of the dice ?

This woman went crazy on me because I called her on trying to upsell me 10 bucks. I was polite and she flat out refused me service. Owner was extremely understanding. This was at 9 pm. An older Hispanic woman. I'm pretty sure she was speeding snd it was immediately off putting like I was talking to a car salesman

Great experience, Relaxing and rejuvenating easy to access and friendly and accommodating staff. Walked in with a sore back and walked out feeling refreshed. Definitely looking forward to going back. Clean facility with clean linens.
