They explained what they were going to do and promptly went about diagnosing the system. They presented the options to get the system up and running. Best service ever, good price! Justin called to arrive early, explained the problem clearly, and fixed it quickly for 1/2 the cost of the Honeywell rep. We signed up for maintenance at a very low monthly fee, and still saved a bundle!
