Highly recommend Jackie at Norm’s Barbershop for a hair cut. I finally found a place after so long, and found the cut I like. Most men in Vallejo know of Pete’s and he was an excellent barber. Jackie has filled his shoes perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and great for the whole family. I always leave pleased with my cut.

Been coming here for 12 years. Jackie consistently gives a great cut at a reasonable price. She's a people person and knows how to make patrons feel relaxed and valued. Give Norm's (Jackie's) a try.

Have been coming here for 12 years. Jackie is a great haircutter and a wonderful conversationalist. There's a bit of old school barbershop vibe. Relaxed, and good cuts. No wonder she has such loyal customers!
