I had the best customer service from Solita Santos at the Vallejo Costuless office. If you need insurance or a great rate, she’s the one you want to go to! she is very professional and answers all my questions.
So I went to my local agency this morning and they were closed . When I called the number I was connected to Solita at this place in Vallejo.
(Same company ) it must have been my day for special favor from above because this lady was the nicest kindest friendliest and most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with . Not only did she save me money she went above and beyond and was not yr normal salesperson or miserable person on the other end of the phone .She took her time and made sure to dot all the I”s and cross all the T”s..
