5 Stars for Personal Trainer Tom D! 5 Stars for Kurt B and his Body Works Plus Abs class. Both men are excellent at what they do and make a connection with their clients. Most of the other staff hasn’t done anything to stand out to me. I like the gym, the equipment, the workout spaces. It’s not dirty or claustrophobic like other gyms. I would love to use the pool again but after having my locker broken into and my phone and wallet stolen, I’m leary of using the locker room again. Theft of gym equipment seems to be a big problem. Monthly fee is reasonable.

Wonderful facility with knowledgeable trainers, very friendly staff and more than excellent classes and equipment to choose from. The pool is large and the cleaning staff is stellar. The locker rooms, showers, pool and equipment is constantly being cleaned. This is a really great sports and training facility. This place is way above average and ranks very high in my recommendations. The parking is more than adequate and the security is there driving around constantly. You can't go wrong choosing this place for your training, exercising and even socializing needs. Being in the shopping center is so convenient for your needs before or after your exercising.

I love this gym! Great layout. I just wish they were open earlier than 8am on the weekends and the weekend staff made it to work on time those days (posted at 8:18 from outside the gym)
